IMPHAL, June 14: The proscribed outfit People’s Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak has said in a press release that the party has no relation with Paonam Suresh Singh, 23, son of (L) P Iboyaima of Moreh Ward No 4, Prem Nagar who was said to be arrested by the Imphal West District police commando on June 13 last from Canchipur Meitei Lamkhai.
