IMPHAL, July 27: Two grenades were found today from different places in Imphal West district.
In the first incident, suspected militant outfits had left a hand grenade around 8.25 this morning from the residence of Leirenkabi Kadangband gram panchayat Pradhan identified as Nungleppam Boby Singh at Kadangbam Mayai Leikai.
In another incident, another grenade was recovered near the residential gate of Electricity department, additional chief engineer Nahakpam Sharatkumar Singh of Uripok Polem Leikai.
The grenade was found around 10.23am.
