IMPHAL, July 5: The Public Health Engineering Department has notified that due to low power supply, pumps supplying water from the Koirengei Water Supply Scheme are unable to distribute water to the areas under the scheme.
A press release of the department has said that the affected areas are Koirengei, Luwangshangbam, Khabam Leikai, Mantripukhri, 69 CRPF Complex, High Court of Manipur.
The water supply in the mentioned areas will be affected till the power problem is fixed said the executive engineer of W/S Maintenance Division, No.II, PHED in a press release.
