Later the people will pay tributes at his residence in Takhellambam Leikai which will be followed by a silent public rally, he added. Students and participants will assemble at THAU Ground and a public meeting will be orgainised there, Koireng added.

In connection, a blood donation camp will also be organised on the same day and candles will be lit at night in the residence of Chitaranjan and the MSF office, he said.
