IMPHAL, Oct 21: Ningol Chakkouba was celebrated in England on the October 11 at Borstal, Kent, England with many ningols from other parts of Europe participating in the feast, said a release of the European Manipuri Association.
It said, the event was marked by exchanging gifts, greetings, blessings, and reaffirmations by the participants to celebrate the occasion again with the same spirit and vigour in the years to come.
