IMPHAL, Oct 9: The Kha Kanglei Inat Kanba Lup has said in a press release that it will support the decision to boycott the Sangai Festival as well as the joint committee against the Shri Govindajee Temple (Third Amemndment) Bill 2014.
According to a release of the Khongjom Circle Meira Paibi Forum will also take part in the boycott of the festival.
The Ibudhou Wakharakpa Thougal Lup has said in a press release that it appealed to the Chief Minister to withdraw the Bill to avoid any unwanted incidents.
The Kanglei Innat Lamjing Lup (KILL) has also stated in a press release that it appealed to the Chief Minister to withdraw the Bill and the lup will also support the steps taken up by Joint Committee in Umanglai and start their demonstration on October 13, it said.
