IMPHAL, Nov 6: Three armed miscreants have allegedly whisked away a man from along the Rengkai Road, Churachandpur in a blue Maruti car (registration no not identified) around 5:10pm today.
According to sources, the armed miscreants are suspected to be hills-based UG group and the kidnap victim is identified as Ramchandra, 50 of Bihar.
Ramchandra is said to be a scarp dealer and presently staying at Old Bazar, Churachandpur.
