IMPHAL, December 24: The Japanese Hospital Manipur has clarified that M. Ibomcha Singh is not related to the hospital.
According to a release of the hospital, M. Ibomcha Singh has retired as secretary due to ill health on October 20, 2013.
Since his retirement, all private matters and illegal works of Ibomcha has been seized by the KSA. In this regard, the hospital extended gratitude towards KSA, it said.
