IMPHAL, Jan 28: A Chinese made hand grenade was found at the entrance gate of the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Khumbong under Patsoi Police station Imphal West district today.
Reports said that the grenade was recovered around 10:20 am wrapped in a polythene bag.
A bomb disposal team safely retrieved the grenade and safely detonated it in the area.
No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the grenade.
