IMPHAL, Jan 11: Two unknown youths on a motorcycle attacked the 40 Assam Rifles `D` Coy post at near Lilong Police Station in Thoubal District by lobbing a hand grenade at the gate of the post at around 7:10 pm today.
According to the Police, the hand grenade was lobbed by one of the two youths who were on a motorcycle. The bomb exploded near the gate of the post however no one was hurt.
It may be recalled that on December 17 last year unknown person attacked this post by lobbing a hand grenade.
