IMPHAL, January 11: The International Observation Committee on Puya Mei Thaba (ICOP) will be organising the `Puya Mei Thakhibagee Chahi 286 Shuba NIngshing Kum-on` on January 13 at THAU ground.
Speaking to media persons, ICOP convenor, N Naokhomba said a rally from THAU to Kangla Uttra will be taken out in connection during the occasion.
The commemoration of the day will be organised along with MNF, MSSLC, AMRPSWA, UMMWDO, UKAL, MEELAL, MIKAL, he informed, adding that the event will be observed in Bangladesh, Canada, Taiwan and UK also. In connection with the commemoration of the historic event, the distribution of black badges has begun from January 10, he said.
