IMPHAL, April 26: The Manipur State Pensioners`™ Union (MSPU) will stage sit-in-protest at Singjamei Chingamakhong, Imphal West from April 27 to 29 to press the government to meet its demands including payment of due DR/DA amount and increment of medical allowance from Rs 300 to Rs 500.
Informing this in a press release, the union appealed to the concerned pensioners to take part in the protest.
