KANGPOKPI, May 10: BJP candidate from 10-Gamnom Sapormeina District Council Constituency, Thenkhosei Kipgen held a blessing function and flag hoisting ceremony at his residence at Bongjol (Sapormeina) today to start his campaign for the ensuing ADC election scheduled to be held on June 1.
Retired IRS officer Tongmang Haokip, State Executive Member and Convener, BJP Manipur Pradesh led the flag hoisting ceremony while Pastor L. Singsit invoked blessing for the candidate during the function.
Leaders of Sadar Hills District BJP, Saitu Mandal and various village chiefs within 10-Gamnom Sapormeina DCC attended the function.
