IMPHAL, August 16: Amidst the ongoing mass agitation demanding the government to introduce Inner Line Permit System or similar to effectively regulate the alarming influx of outsiders into the State, father and mother of Sapam Robinhood alias Thoi who was killed in the hands during an ILPS agitation have been admitted to hospital after their health deteriorated.
Reports received by this daily said Robinhood`™s father S Romesh Singh, 53 was admitted to Shija Hospital & Research Centre yesterday evening around 5.30 due to fatigue. He is being treated in the Medicine Ward Special Room No 20 of the hospital.
Soon after S Romesh was admitted to the hospital, his wife Sapam ongbi Babita Devi was also admitted to the same hospital. She is being treated in the Medicine Ward Deluxe Room.
However, their condition is said to be out of danger, the reports stated.
