IMPHAL, Sept 11: JD (U) State president Moirangthem Tombi said the High Court of Manipur has accepted a criminal case lodged against Jan Adhikar Party president Pappu Yadav alias Rajesh and issued a summon notification against Pappu today.
He said during a hearing on the case today, the High Court has issued a summon notification through the State government to the Government of Bihar against Pappu Yadav for his reported act of stopping trains in Bihar to search for Manipuris recently.
He said Pappu Yadav has also been warned by the Bihar government for his act.
Tombi said the JD (U) condemn his act which was very unfortunate.
