IMPHAL, Oct 6: In a surprise power drive, Manager KSD IED II under the MSPDCL has disconnected connections of three individuals of Leimajam Leikai on the ground of extension of service line to the neighbours and non-acceptance of prepaid metering.
A press release issued by the DGM/ IED-II, MSPDCL identified the three as Kh Dillip Singh, Leimajam Leikai, Jeeky Mutum of Leimajam leikai and M Mohon Singh of Lemajam lekai.
It said the consumers under the IED-II jurisdiction are informed to enjoy electricity through meters only in order to avoid service line disconnection.
