IMPHAL, Oct 22: The new Chief Secretary O Nabakishore, IAS, was today felicitated by National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Imphal, Director Th Prameshwor Singh along with his staffs at the office chamber of Chief Secretary, Manipur.
O Nabakishore Singh pointed out the importance of the quality of students by following best model of syllabus so that they are employable. He also pointed out that the candidates or students undergone basic computer course should be per digital literacy and e-governance standard.
