IMPHAL, Nov 25: To commemorate the historic Nupi Lal, the State Level Nupi Lal Ningshing Lamjel Organizing Committee will organize the 24th State Level Nupi Lal Ningshing Lamjel for women folk on December 12.
The race will be flagged off from Nupi Lal Memorial Complex at 6.30 am and will be concluded at Singjamei Super Market, Imphal West.
