IMPHAL, Nov 5: District Election Officer, Imphal West has informed that Sandeep Kumar, IAS who will be the General Observer for the Bye-Election to the 9-Thangmeiband Assembly Constituency has arrived in the constituency.
The General Observer can be contacted in the office complex of the Deputy Commissioner, Imphal West, Lamphel from 3 pm to 4 pm at room no H-21/1st floor and contact no 7085938875.
