IMPHAL, November 9: There will be an interaction program for civil service aspirants on November 14 at ECA Room Ramjas College, Delhi University, at 11 a.m., said an announcement by DAMMS.
It said, the main speaker of the program will be Noor Rahman Shiekh, IFS, First Secretary, Permanent Mission of India to the United Nations, New York, and all Manipuri CSE aspirants are cordially invited to take the chance to interact with Noor Rahman Shiekh.
