IMPHAL, Nov 19: The first Chief Minister of Manipur Md Alimuddin was remembered during an observation of the 43rd Foundation Day of the Jawaharlal Nehru University (PG Centre) which is now Manipur University at the MIMS Hall, Manipur University.
The observation was jointly organized by Manipur University Students’ Union and Pangal Political Forum and was attended by former minister O Joy as chief guest, Manipur University Students’ Union president Sarangthem David Singh as special guest and Pangal Political Forum Manipur president Azizul Haque as functional president.
The function was also attended by former minister Dr Khashim Ruivah, former minister Md Alauddin, retd IAS AR Khan who is also the chief advisor of PPF Manipur, MPTCC vice president MI Khan who is also the spokesperson of PPF and others as guests of honour.
