IMPHAL, Nov 6: Based on a reliable information about the movement of vehicle lifters in the general area of Heirok Part-II Bazar, a team of District Police Commando, Thoubal rushed to the said area and conducted frisking and checking today and arrested one vehicle lifter namely, Maibam Boni Singh alias Kenedy alias Manaobi, 28 son of M Gouro Singh of Salungbam Kangyambem Mayai Leikai
Investigation revealed that he had lifted one Honda Activa with his associates from Salungbam Kangyambem Mayai Leikai on October 31, claimed a press release of PRO Police Department.
It added that a case has been registered at Heirok Police Station and investigation is going on.
