Canine Carnival 2015 kick-started on December 25 at Hapta Kangjeibung Ground, with participation of around 150 dogs of 20 different breeds. The festival is organized by Manipur Dogs Lovers Club (MDLC) under the theme “Stop Dog Meat and Health First”.
