IMPHAL, Dec 19: The Laishram Mani Goura Sangeet Akademy has selected 38 children from the age group of 8-12 years and seven escorts having proper knowledge of arts and culture including martial arts from different schools to participate at the International Children’s festival at Bhubaneshwar Odisha, said a statement of the academy.
It said the festival is sponsored by the National Youth Project, New Delhi and will be held from December 24 to 29.
The State team which will be led by LMGSA treasurer Laishram Bijoykumar Singh will leave Imphal on December 20.
