IMPHAL, Dec 1: Md. Mustakim alias Abomcha, 28 son of (L) Md Abdul Hakim of Lilong Turel Ahanbi was caught red handed by a team of City Police led by ASI N Biren Singh from Masjid Road, Paona Bazar while trying to steal a two-wheeler vehicle today.
The police have register FIR No 218 (12)2015 City – PS u/s 379 IPC in this connection and the arrested has been remanded in police custody till December 7.
