IMPHAL, Jan 2: Applications are invited from those persons who are willing to cast vote through postal ballots in the Kakching Municipal Council polls to be held on January 11.
According to District Information Officer Thoubal informed all concerns to collect forms from the office complex of RO/SDO, Kakching and to submit before 3pm of January 8.
