IMPHAL, Mar 17: The National Sports University Construction Demand Committee, Manipur today conducted a poster campaign demanding construction of the sports university in non-agricultural land.
The poster campaign was held in various vehicles parking areas including at Keishampat Thoubal Parking, Churachandpur Parking, Moreh Parking, BOC Parking etc.
The committee also distributed flyers to the public which read as “Set up Sports University in Manipur immediately”, “Spare agricultural land while setting up of sports university”, “All responsibility must incur by the Government of Manipur, if Sports University is shifted to other State” etc.
