IMPHAL, April 19: The All Manipur Inter State and Allied Transport Association strongly condemned the attacked to the passenger buses plying Imphal to Dimapur by suspected bandh supporters on April 19.

Speaking to media persons at its office, AMISATA general Secretary M Bimol said that All Manipur Inter State Winger and Cuiser Traveler Drivers Welfare Union, Imphal union protest against the arrested of one winger driver by the Nagaland police on April 12.

The suspected bandh supporters about four-five members attacking to three buses near Tengdumyang under Sekmai Police Station in Imphal East district today, he said.

Bimol alleged that the miscreants dismantle the vehicle front glass bearing registration number MNO1 1915.

Bimol said that the imposed bandh was not published in the media.

AMISATA demanded compensate the damaged vehicle and take up necessary action against the culprits involved in the crime.
