IMPHAL, Apr 15: Indian spiritual leader Guru Ravi Ravi Shanker will visit Manipur from April 17 to April 19 as part of his tour of the North Eastern States.
Speaking to media persons at Manipur Press Club, former chief minister RB Koijam, who is also the chairman of the reception committee said the spiritual leader will meet various State civil organisations on the theme “harmony in diversity” at Hotel Imphal on April 17 at around 5 pm.
During his maiden visit to the State, the Guru will be visiting Asharam site located at Takhel in Imphal East in the afternoon and music and meditation will be held at BOAT in the evening of April 18 around 4, he said.
Koijam further said that before leaving Manipur for Agartala, Ravi Shankar will interact with media persons and art of living teachers on April 19.
