Ravi who called Isak Swu a remarkable statesman said that they were close to the final goal had it not been for the sudden critical illness of Swu when it was halted. He said Nagas should not doubt the wisdom of India’s leadership, while categorically underlining the changing scenario and policies in the current Government.
Neiphiu Rio, former CM and MP of Nagaland, recalled his personal journey with the NSCN(IM) leader. He said, “we must forgive and forget past mistakes.”
Urging and emphasizing on peace, the MP said that “we Nagas must pursue peace in our land and among ourselves.”
