Pressing the demand to implement the ILPS in the State and remove the wanted tag placed on Khomdram Ratan, a boat rally was taken out by fishermen of Thanga Karang in Loktak lake, reports our correspondent.
The boat rally was participated by members of Karang Island Development Organisation, Karang Apunba Meira Paibi Lup and Local Boat & Motor Boat.
