Ukhrul, Mar 10 : BJP candidate Sword Vashum from 45-Chingai Assembly Constituency who was forcibly stopped from visiting three polling stations 45/4 Chingjaroi CV, 45/6 Chingjaroi Khullen and 45/7 Chingjaroi Khullen (B), has questioned how one can say that polling is free and fair this time.
Security personnel were sitting idle not performing their duty, Sword Vashum and his supporters alleged.

According to BJP workers, the road that led to the polling stations were blocked by burning logs in the middle of the road since yesterday. They also alleged that yesterday BJP and Congress workers were beaten black and blue and the workers had to be rushed to the hospital.
