2 companies discuss about the latest technology in Green Energy and City Waste Management

Kohima, Nov 28:  A delegation of the US company- CG Global LLC (TCG) and Mumbai based Navrattan Blue Crete Industries Pvt. Ltd. today called on the Chief Minister TR Zeliang here at his residential office to explore possibilities to invest in energy sector with latest technology which would not only generate green energy but also manage the municipal solid waste in the cities.

After the slide presentation on the technology, the delegation and government official discussed in detail on the nitty-gritty and feasibility of the operation, cost of production and draft MoU.

The investment would require some acres of land, solid wastes and government logistic support for 450 crore rupees proposed project in Nagaland.

As the meeting could not come to term on rates, the chief minister suggested that more meetings be held to study the advantages and disadvantages of the US technology which would be first of its kind in India.

The CG Global LLC (TCG) designs and operates gasification plants capable of converting carbon-containing feedstock such as biomass, rubber or solid waste into synthesis gas called Syngas. It consists hydrogen (H) and carbon monoxide (CO).  The Syngas is a clean fuel which can be burned to create heat and electricity.

The delegation was led by US businessman Mr. Julius and Chairman & Managing Director Navrattan, Mr. Himanshu Verma.
