IMPHAL, Aug 27: The Imphal West Police commandos arrested one NSCN (IM) activist at about 3 am on August 26 from Deulahland, Imphal. On spot verification, he disclosed his details as Ngruw Koningam Mayon @ Paul Mizo @ Kobeng, 48 yrs, S/o (L) Ng.Thangja Moyon of Komlathabi, Chandel. As per the release issued by the Imphal West Police, the activist further disclosed that he joined the NSCN(IM) in November,1989 under one S/S Chairman of Khurmi Region Dahrin, Chandel and was now at the rank of a Deputy Kilonser of the Education Department of the NSCN (IM). One election ID card ( FLK 0243774) was seized from his possession.
