Imphal, Sep 6: Kakugai of Thengjang village, under 57 Henglep Assembly Constituency of Churachandpur district was nominated as Vice president of MPP by the MPP President, Dr Nimaichand Luwang today as per the resolutions taken during the meeting of MMP Conference and Central Committee held on February 2 this year, a release of MPP said.
