IMPHAL, Oct 31: All Colleges Tribal Students Organization (ACTSOM), Manipur is to hold its elections for new office bearer on November 6. A release of the students body said the last tenure expired on May 31 earlier this year and thus for tenure 2011-2013, the student body election will be held at the ACTSOM office Adimjati Complex, Imphal on November 6. The last day to issue the nomination paper is November 2 while submission of papers is November 3. The scrutiny will be held on November 5. All tribal students union of different colleges, higher secondary schools in Manipur are to part in the apex body election without fail.
