IMPHAL, Jan 18: A 35 years old person was found killed early this morning near Shantipur Water Supply under Sekmai police station and is suspected to have been brutally assaulted before he was killed by the unidentified assailants.
The dead body of the person identified as Chingsubam Tomba Singh, 35, s/o late Ch Yaima of Awang Leikinthabi was found by the locals of the Shantipur Water Supply area, who later informed the police.
The police have registered a case regarding the incident.
