IMPHAL, Jan 12: A one day People’s Convention on Rights to Free and Compulsory education (RTE) was organized by the Wide Angle Social Development Organization and Yurembam Apunba Club YAC today at the Yurembam High School, Yurembam Awang Leikai, Imphal West District.
