IMPHAL, Feb 20: LM Khoute, IPS Addl. DGP Manipur will be attending the 1st Joint Interpol Liaison Officer- Police Liaison Officer conference which will be held on February 26 and 27 at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.
In this regard an official order was issued recently by the Special Secretary Home, Government of Manipur.
