IMPHAL, May 5: The District Concern Development Association(DCDA) and District Level Co-ordinating Team(DCT), Tamenglong District have taken a decision to impose forty eight hours bandh in Tamenglong district with effect from May 11(midnight) till midnight of May 13 stated a press release of the DCDA.
It mentions the reason as the Governtment not heeding to the memorandum, mentioning their demands, the two organizations had submitted on the April 25and 29. Meanwhile water supply, electricity, medical, fire service and marriage function will be made a free zone, it further added.
