IMPHAL, May 18: ESU Wangkhei will clash THAU Thangmeiband in the first semi final of the 8th Th Birchandra Football Academy state level U-16 football tournament. In the second semi final TBSFA will clash SKDC. THAU managed to enter the semi final by virtue of beating NIDSU by a solitary goal in a league match played today. The one and only important goal for the THAU was scored by Ch Kiran in the 36th minute. Kiran’s goal came off a spot kick. In another match played today KKYDA defeated YWC Malo, by 4-0 goals. Yaiphaba, Damu and Rinau scored the goal for KKYDA while YWC’s Bangkim scored a own goal to total KKYDA’s goal to four.
