IMPHAL May 5: A notification from the office of the Rajya Sainik Board in a press release by the secretary Lt Col (retired) H Sarat Singh states that the ex servicemen and widows getting low pension may apply for financial assistance and bring all service particulars on or before May 13 at the office of the Board located at Lamphelpat.
