IMPHAL, May 3: The Indian National Trade Union Congress, Manipur branch observed the 64th foundation day of the trade union today at the conference hall of the electricity employees`™ Union Keishampat.
The day was graced by M. Oken, MLA Heirok Assembly Constituency and E. Dolendro, as the chief guest and president respectively.
