IMPHAL, June 8: Dr M Amuba Singh, Professor of Biochemistry, Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, has been elected the Faculty Representative to the Executive Council, the Society of Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal.
He will represent the whole teaching faculty and the non teaching employees as well. He will bring up issues relating to the welfare of the employees, infrastructures and other developmental works in the meeting to be convened by the Union Health Ministry from time to time.
He will be in office in this capacity for a period of 2 years, a release of the Media Adviser, RIMS said.
