Chief Minister calls for dedicated efforts for timely completion of projects

IMPHAL September 18: As part of his regular visit to project sites in the state with the main aim to closely inspect the different projects being taken up in the state, Chief Minister O.Ibobi Singh once again inspected the ongoing construction works at different projects sites in Imphal today.

The CM inspected the construction works of Assembly and High court complexes, Inter State Bus Terminus, ADC office and quarters inside Khuman Lampak Sports complex, city convention at palace compound and Kangla Fort.

The Chief Minister further updated the details of the phases of construction in different sections and also of every feature of the projects.

Interacting with officials concerned at the sites, he exhorted them to put in dedicated and concerted efforts for timely completion and at the same time for maintaining highest quality of work.

Earlier, the Chief Minister had planted tree inside the newly constructed assembly complex as a part of his inspection.

Speaker of Manipur state assembly I. Hemochandra, works minister K. Ranjit Singh, deputy chairperson, State Planning Board Bijoy Koijam, PDA chairperson Dr. Kh. Loken Singh and other government officials concerned accompanied the Chief Minister during the inspection.
