IMPHAL, Sept 24: The Imphal Amateur Photo Club, IAPC, in a meeting today at the residence of the editor Imphal Free Press, Pradip Phanjoubam, formed an interim executive body of seven members to prepare the ground for the revival of the club.
The interim body decided to call another meeting of past and new members to elect a new executive body which would include the posts of president, secretary and treasurer.
The members of the interim body formed today are, Pradip Phanjoubam, Asem Bhakta, Ph. Santosh, Chitra Ahanthem, Ranjit Moirangthem and Rajkumar Robindro.
Old members as well as those wishing to become members are requested to contact any of the interim members. Saturday`s meeting will be followed by a contributory luncheon.
Apart from electing a new executive body, the agenda of the Saturday meeting would include organising a photo exhibition in Imphal in the second week of October in collaboration with Indian National Trust for Cultural Heritage, INTACH.
