IMPHAL, Aug 23: The Manipur People’s Party has reformed its Kendra Committees in various districts of the state.
According to a release of MPP, Kendra committees of Lamlai, Khundrakpam, Heingang and Khurai under Imphal east-I; Kendra committees of Samkei, Lamsang and Patsoi under Imphal West-I; and Kendra committees of Wabagai, Hiyanglam and Sugunu and under Thoubal District-II, were reformed.
After a thorough inspection, the above mentioned committees were given approval with an official letter from the president of MPP, S Umananda, it said.
Further, under the leadership of S Umananda, president of MPP, the party will further continue with the reformation process of Kendra committees of MPP, it added.
