IMPHAL, Sept 23: The Nongpok Imphal Loumi-Sinmi Apunba Lup, NILSAL will observe a 10-day program as a rememberance to the departed soul of “Lamyanba” Irabot at Lamboikhul Ireima Shanglen. The observation program started since September 21, a statement said today.
