Manipur,IMPHAL, Jan 31: Manipuri Diaspora Association, Delhi expresses its profound joy and happiness on the conferment of Ati Vishist Seva Medal by the President of India to Major General Konsam Himalaya Singh, YSM, in recognition of his distinguished service in the army.
Sh.Himalay is an active member of the Manipuri Diaspora who always inspire the other members, said a press release of the association.
