IMPHAL, November 15: A 65-year old man died when a truck carrying sand rammed into his Activa scooter from behind at Thoubal Thong along the national highway at around 4 pm today. The deceased has been identified as Laishram Akoisana from Khangabok Sorok Wangma, near Commando Complex. Police have impounded the vehicle and registered a case.
